Common questions

Does the app work offline?

Yes. All 62 site records are bundled with the app, so the site list, site grid, and your visit journal are fully available without a connection. Map tiles require internet to load, but your data is always accessible offline.

How do I log a visit?

Tap any site on the Map or Sites tab to open its detail page, then tap "Log Visit." You can add photos from your camera or library, check off the architectural features you observed, and write notes.

How do I add a site to my wishlist?

Open any site's detail page and tap the bookmark icon. Wishlisted sites appear with a terracotta marker on the map and a bookmark icon on your site grid.

Can I visit a site more than once?

Yes β€” you can log multiple visits to the same site, each with their own photos, notes, and feature observations. All visits appear in your Journal tab.

How do I share a visit card?

In the Journal tab, swipe left on any visit and tap "Share." A formatted visit card is generated from your photos and visit details. Choose from dedicated sharing options β€” Instagram, Facebook, Messages, Email, or save directly to your photo library.

Where does the site data come from?

Site information is sourced from publicly available records. For authoritative tour information, hours, and admission prices, visit flwright.org.

I found a bug or problem with the app. How do I report it?

Please email support@mindware.mobi with a description of the issue, what you were doing when it happened, and your device and OS version. We read every report and aim to respond within 48 hours.

My photos or visits aren't showing up after reinstalling. Can I recover them?

Visit data is stored locally on your device. If you deleted the app without a device backup, that data cannot be recovered. We recommend enabling iCloud backup (iOS) or Google Drive backup (Android) to protect your visit history.

Is Android supported?

Yes! Wright Travelogue is available on both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play).

Still need help?
